We must suggest an alteration of the established procedural. It is producing a shift from passive acceptance toward a field of replacement creation.

This Venezuelan Government casts doubt on all the days its reason for being and this is condition at our disposal to build the new paradigm. The possibility of instituting is hidden in the collective anonymous. In this way should forget classical terminology. The maximum value is not a constituent. It is an instituent power, that does not mean that does not institutionalize the instituent, to then be questioned by the new emersion of the instituent. Democracy is therefore continuous change. All process of this type takes place is obvious – in a specific historical circumstance. In ours, in the Venezuelans of today, not we can fear uncertain future democracy of the 21st century that I see is, then, a permanent updating. Current Venezuelan society is in negative phase. The protest is a simple loss of patience and the reading of columnists who insult the Government a simple exercise in catharsis.
